A guide to the most magical wedding venues in Charleston, South Carolina for your dream wedding

So, where do you begin?
Here's some advice that I give all of my friends and couples who are getting married:
1. Set your budget. This is important! Have a goal in mind and stick to it.
2. Pick your top 3 must haves for your wedding day, whichever vendors are most important to you. So florals, venue, photographer, makeup artist, your dress, a band, catering, your cake - literally anything! 
3. Now set your budget for those three vendors. This way you're setting aside the minimum you need in order for you to have those three absolute must have vendors. And the remainder of your budget can be dispersed to the other categories of your wedding. This makes it so much easier for y'all in the long run and you can start your search for those top 3 immediately! 

I know that a lot of couples have venues and photographers in their top 3 when they're planning their wedding. You have this dream wedding pictured in your head and you want it to be perfect! Well, I am here to make the step to finding a perfect venue just a little bit easier. I'm Catherine, but you can call me Catie! I'm a wedding photographer based in Charleston, SC specializing in romantic and bright imagery for couples planning their dream wedding. 
In my free time you can find me reading a good book, daydreaming about Disney, eating way too much sushi or watching The Office with my Golden Retriever, Toulouse, and my gray kitty, Gus. Yes, they are both named after Disney characters! 

Majority of your wedding day you will find me snapping all of the candid and unplanned moments that you may not remember. All I want you to do is smile, have fun and soak it all in. You will be looking back on these photos for years to come!
